CashStack is designed from the ground up to respect your financial privacy. We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal or financial data. All cash entries, balances, notes, and currency preferences remain exclusively on your physical device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike cloud financial applications, CashStack does not require user registration or an account. We do not collect or store:

Personal Information: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.
Financial Data: No bank accounts, credit card credentials, or bank transaction feeds. CashStack is purely a manual physical cash organizer.
Location Data: CashStack does not access or track your GPS or network location.
Device Identifiers & Telemetry: We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs.

2. On-Device Data Storage

All transactions, currency codes, balances, categories, and custom comments you record in CashStack are stored strictly locally in your device's isolated application storage sandbox.

This data is never transmitted to any external server or cloud service operated by CashStack.

3. In-App Purchases & Payment Processing

CashStack offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase to upgrade to CashStack Pro for unlimited transactions:

All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC).
CashStack never receives, views, or stores your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or payment details.
Google Play handles the purchase and sends a cryptographic entitlement confirmation to the app on your device to activate Pro status.
Google's handling of payment data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Device Permissions

CashStack requires minimal permissions strictly necessary for its functionality:

com.android.vending.BILLING: Required by Google Play Services to facilitate optional Pro in-app purchases and restore previous purchases.
No access to camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage photos, or phone state is requested or used.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored exclusively on your device, you maintain complete ownership and control over your data:

You can delete individual transactions or currencies at any time within the app.
You can permanently erase all application data at any time through Android Settings (Settings → Apps → CashStack → Storage → Clear Storage / Clear Data).
Uninstalling CashStack immediately deletes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

CashStack does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). Since the app collects no personal information whatsoever, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted to this URL with a revised effective date. Because we do not collect contact information, we encourage users to review this page periodically.
